For micro-enterprises not subject to VAT: If you have a micro-enterprise exempt from VAT, please provide us with the official document proving your micro-enterprise status. This will help us process your orders correctly because customs officials do not have the means to verify the existence of your micro-enterprises and to avoid the return of your orders.

For individuals: We ask you to provide us with your EORI number (Registered and Identified Economic Operator Number). This information is required for international transactions otherwise your orders will be returned.
