Dear honest customers,
We would like to inform you about the difficulties we have encountered recently due to dishonest customers. Last year we lost a bank account and our old PayPal account is still suspended. The main cause of these problems is that most of our customers do not provide a VAT number or refuse to submit it, both to us and to customs officials.
Additionally, when packages are held by customs, some customers open a dispute on PayPal claiming that the items do not match their order, even though the package has not even been delivered or opened yet. This situation has caused significant financial losses for our company.
We would like to emphasize that when validating your order, you agree to our terms, which include the possibility of taking legal action in the event of fraudulent disputes. This is the last time we will bear these financial losses, and we cannot continue to do so.
