Dear honest customers,

 

We would like to inform you of the difficulties we have encountered recently due to dishonest customers. Last year we lost a bank account and our old PayPal account is still suspended. The main cause of these problems is that most of our customers do not provide a VAT number or refuse to submit it, both to us and to customs officials.

 

Additionally, when packages are held by customs, some customers open a dispute on PayPal claiming the items do not match their order, when the package has not even been delivered or opened yet. This situation resulted in significant financial losses for our company.

 

We would like to point out that when validating your order, you accept our conditions, which include the possibility of taking legal action in the event of a fraudulent dispute. This is the last time we will bear these financial losses, and we cannot continue to do so.

 

We count on your understanding and support. We are determined to put an end to these dishonest practices and protect our business. We hope you will continue to trust our products and service.
