Brushing One of the most important things to remember in the teeth whitening process is to start with dry teeth.  These dental wipes are designed to remove the film that builds up on the surface of the teeth, which will not only dry out the teeth but roughen the tooth surface so that the teeth whitening gel adheres to the teeth more easily.  It's easy to use.  Simply open the wrapper and slip it over your index finger with the longer side towards the palm of the hand and the shorter side covering the nail.  Then lightly scrub the teeth with the long side of the brush facing up.  The brushes have a pleasant peppermint flavor.
